This is a light version of the boxer's regular training. This program is for any person whose main goal is to get in shape.
The program contains cardiovascular and muscle endurance exercises, coordination exercises and agility exercises. These are in sync with punching drills, leg and body drills and boxer techniques.

In the junior boxer's training program, we teach respect, self control, sportsmanship and we build character.
Having fun while training is a priority. This is why we often use educational games related to boxing.
