This is not an aerobic class with a few kicks and punches shown by an instructor that has seen a good idea on tv. In this program, you will learn real kick boxing techniques with the goal of increasing all the physical and mental characteristics for this discipline. Fun and sweat is always part of the class.
This program is divided into 3 categories of courses.
Beginners:
This program is based on a less intense rhythm; learn basic movements and drills of kick boxing. Increase flexibility, strength and speed.
Intermediate:
Based on an intense rhythm, learn complexe movements and drills of kick boxing. Light sparing practice is also integrated in the courses.
Advanced:
This course is given in private or semi private for people desiring to do competition.
